REHEARSAL ROOMS
Enjoy band rehearsals in our professional rehearsal studios. With all rooms supplied with full backline, two half-stack guitar amps, a bass rig, an electric keyboard, as well as amenities for your comfort. Our premium rehearsal rooms feature mood lighting, assistance setting up your sound by one of our engineers, and if you wish, live off the floor recording in The Music Mill.
When you need to take a break or unwind, kick back on the couches in our lounge area, equipped with refrigeration and a microwave. When the weather is nice, head out to the private outdoor patio & fire pit overlooking acres of Ontario's Greenbelt. It has been said by many of our visiting artists that the patio is quite inspiring and peaceful; helping them unwind or explore new ideas.

Our 1400sq/ft premium facility, with top quality backline, a sound engineer, five onstage monitor mixes, huge sound & fantastic mood lighting.
THE CLASSIC ROOM
The Classic Room is where Studio410’s journey began. It is the room that brought us where we are today, and maintains the classic look and vibe. Fully loaded with quality backline, a great atmosphere and a stress free sound set up by our staff.
THE LOUNGE
A spacious 800 sq/ft, fully loaded rehearsal studio with full backline and great lighting. This room is best for extended hour bookings, with a comfortable lounge area for your convenience.
MORE REHEARSAL INFO
Back-line amps, a keyboard (select rooms) & drums (minus breakables) are all provided for artists, as well as microphones, stands, and all things necessary for a great sounding rehearsal.
You can expect back-line already plugged into P.A system & ready to play. The rooms are acoustically treated and EQ'd for optimal sound & monitoring.
BACK-LINE PROVIDED

Includes 24/7 access, parking on the grounds, heat & AC, cameras in/out, barred windows, deadbolt locks, hydro, and a 380 sq/ft room. These additional spaces are offered over and above The Music Mill, The Classic Room, and Lounge. *(subject to availability)
